Commercial grade cleaning chemicals and equipment are used on all our sites. Regular maintenance is carried out on all equipment, which includes mechanical and electrical inspections/testing (on a 3, 6 or 12-month basis). Before equipment use, a quick inspection process is employed to ensure the equipment has no electrical, mechanical or structural defects, which may deem the equipment unsafe to use. This will require the equipment to be placed out of service, and thus a replacement unit being sourced before the task can be completed.
Crown Property Services strictly abides by all OHS and Government Regulations with respect to correct cleaning procedures, safety, environment and fair pay for each team member.
It is company policy to have all procedures following OHS standards including Testing and Tagging of all equipment on a regular basis.
All our cleaning rooms are set up by Hunter Industries where practical in accordance with OHS standards. Staff are taken through a rigorous induction process and regular training to all staff is also conducted to ensure they adhere to all OHS Regulations.
An added benefit is that all chemicals are diluted to the correct percentage thus providing added savings for the client and producing better cleaning results.
