Our story
George started this company because he knew things could be better. He was managing another cleaning company and something was wrong – it didn’t match his own moral values. There seemed to be little to no virtues held for cleaners or their work.
It wasn’t how he was raised, so he vowed to start something of his own that matched his own standards. A company where striving to be and do better, and to treat others as you wish to be treated, was just the way things were done. And so Crown Property Services was born, as was a bold new player amongst traditional commercial cleaning companies in Melbourne.
It was a risk that paid off, and his company quickly grew nationally. Because quality quickly catches on.
So, why Crown? Crown stands for George’s belief that his cleaning company is of the highest quality value and virtue – fit for royalty – and has a commitment to absolute respect for cleaning, our cleaning staff and our customers.
But providing a good service wasn’t good enough. One of the biggest frustrations George had with his industry was the common experience that cleaners would do a great job the first time, but would, over time, get worse.
George knew there had to be a better way. So he created the ‘Evolve System’ to ensure that his cleaning company had measures in place to continually improve their services and work would never get worse – it would actually get better.
To this day, we continue to excel in offering the highest quality cleaning service we can. Our motto reflects this:
