Our Bus and Transport Cleaning Services Process

We offer comprehensive transport cleaning solutions. We perform a full service to all areas of the vehicle, cleaning all the seats, hand grabs, hand rails, window ledges, keycard readers, floors, driver dashboards and driver cabins.

We collect litter, remove rubbish, replace bin liners, clean foot pedals and armrests, spot clean the windows and mop the floors. We also use an upholstery tool with our professional machines to steam clean and deodorise all the fabric seats.

We then expertly sanitise and disinfect each bus every night so they can go out and service the public and everyone can enjoy peace of mind.

We use a specialist team to sanitise all major touch points with an approved TGA antimicrobial disinfectant to guarantee that the public and transport crew are in a clean, safe and healthy environment. As germs and bacteria live on every surface and there’s no way of knowing what’s been transmitted, so we pay special attention to those areas where infection can breed.

And we also remove graffiti each and every night, because it not only needs to be clean, it needs to look clean.

Our quality control processes are second to none, with several measures in place to ensure we deliver results.

It starts with hiring the right people for the job and taking the time to train our people to the high standards we expect. They are trained in the correct cleaning approach, follow safe work method statements and OH&S guidelines, and are supported by the systems and processes we have in place to deliver outstanding results.

When the job is done, we check and double-check all the buses every night. The first check is by the cleaner themselves, and then the night supervisor inspects all buses and marks them as complete. We also work with complete transparency, so clients have real-time access to our progress.

Lastly, our Operations Manager does regular surprise audits to guarantee Quality Assurance.
