Our Social Housing Cleaning Process

We are dedicated to ensuring a clean and hygienic environment for residents, visitors and employees.

Our thorough approach ensures that no detail is overlooked; everything within sight is within our cleaning reach. This includes paying meticulous attention to cleaning and sanitising all touchpoints, entryways, and lifts in both internal and external communal areas.

Your office space, kitchen, breakout areas, and bathrooms all receive the same level of meticulous attention. This means workstations, monitors, peripherals, chairs, carpets, windows spot cleaned and surface disinfection. We also take care of bin emptying and restocking of consumables, all contributing to a pleasant and clean environment.

Our Operations Managers conduct regular inspections and performance assessments on a weekly basis. Results are filtered through our system in real-time and analysed. We also provide ongoing training through both in-house and on-site methods.
